For one of our wedges - global expert in the creation, production and
the distribution of innovative formwork and scaffolding solutions for the construction sector,
we are looking for suitable candidates for the position Specialist Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
*maintenance and administration of employment records;
*preparation of employment contracts, annexes and other documents;
*administration of travel, leave and working time;
* Communication with institutions (NRA, NSSI, etc.);
*administration of office supplies;
*monitoring and reporting of vehicle fuel consumption (logbooks, expense reports
norms).
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administrative department and documentation;
*higher education in economics;
* Good computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel) and HR software;
* Attention to detail and good organizational skills;
*intermediate level of English;
*private car - advantage.
