For one of our clients - a global business services company specializing in
improving customer experience and optimizing lead outcomes
global brands we are looking for - Online support specialist - sports platforms with
Bulgarian language (6-hour day).
Responsibilities:
* Providing high quality support for virtual sports users;
*Quick and accurate resolution of customer queries;
*help navigating the games and the platform;
* Offering effective solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction;
* Maintaining a polite and professional tone even in difficult situations;
* Reporting technical problems to the responsible team.
Requirements:
*excellent Bulgarian and good English language skills;
* interest in virtual sports, gaming and technology (advantage);
* Good communication and analytical skills;
*calm and professional under pressure;
* initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
*Precision and good organization when multitasking.
