Essential Responsibilities:
*Ensure smooth daily office operations, including facility coordination, supplier management,
*Organize business travel, internal meetings, and employee events, ensuring timely execution
*Manage the company car fleet, including insurance, inspections, maintenance, documentation
*Process invoices and Purchase Orders in SAP and prepare accurate sales and administrative reports;
*Coordinate health, safety, and compliance activities, including occupational medicine and mandatory regulatory requirements;

*Bachelor's degree (technical or economic background preferred);
*Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role;
*Very good English skills (spoken and written);
*Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage;
*Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with strong attention to detail
*Proactive, structured, and service-oriented professional able to work independently in a multinational environment.
