For one of our clients’ new projects in the premium sportswear sector, we are seeking a Brand Customer Advisor who speaks Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish. The project is focused on providing excellent customer support for a globally recognized active lifestyle brand.
Responsibilities:
*Provide friendly and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
*Assist customers throughout their shopping experience, from product inquiries to after-sales support;
*Handle customer cases with empathy and a solution-oriented approach;
*Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems regularly;
*Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.
Qualifications:
*Fluent in Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish, with a good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is a plus;
*Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude;
*Comfortable working across multiple communication channels;
*Tech-savvy, organized, and able to adapt to new tools and systems.
