For one of our clients—a global company that provides customer experience solutions for leading international brands—we are looking for: Junior Technical Advisor (German). The project is for a world-renowned technology company focused on healthcare and consumer products, where you will assist customers via social media with pre-sales, post-sales, and technical inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, support tickets, and social media;
*Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and product-related questions;
*Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to home appliances and household products;
*Guide customers on product usage, maintenance, and warranty procedures;
*Ensure the timely and effective resolution of customer concerns;
*Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction;
*Stay up to date on product updates, new releases, and company policies.
Qualifications:
*Fluent in German with a good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer support, consumer care, or a contact center environment;
*Experience supporting customers through multiple channels, including social media;
*Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or technical products is a plus;
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
*A customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail;
*Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
