For one of our clients—a long-standing BPO provider specializing in customer experience, digital solutions, and AI-driven automation, supporting global brands in the fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries—we are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist with Dutch, German, or French language skills (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist customers with their shipping and delivery needs via phone and email;
*Track shipments from start to finish, providing updates and finding the best solutions when challenges arise;
*Work with logistics teams to help ensure smooth and efficient delivery processes;
*Maintain accurate records and keep customer information up to date;
*Turn every interaction into a great customer experience through care, ownership, and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication skills in Dutch, German, or French, combined with a good command of English;
*Experience in customer service, logistics, or a contact center environment is a plus;
*A self-motivated mindset and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment;
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
*Flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
