For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing,
focused on efficiency and excellent customer service - we are looking for:
Sales agent with German or French or Romanian or Spanish (hybrid working model).
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintains and develops customer relationships - B2C and B2B;
* Giving clear and accurate information about products, services and orders;
*Assists the sales process by identifying customer needs;
*work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service;
* keeping accurate records of customer enquiries;
*Updates customer information in CRM system.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German, French, Romanian or Spanish and a good level of English;
*desire to develop in sales;
* orientation towards results and customer satisfaction;
*Excellent communication skills and positive attitude;
* Confident with computer and basic programs (MS Office, browsers);
* Willingness to communicate in writing, with the possibility of telephone contact.
