For one of our clients—an international company and a leader in employee benefits and employee engagement solutions—we are currently looking for— B2B Tele-Sales Specialist.
Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients;
*Make outbound sales calls and present the company’s services;
*Identify new business opportunities and support company growth;
*Manage and update client information in the CRM system;
*Monitor market trends and customer needs;
*Meet individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in B2B sales or customer communication is a plus;
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
*Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines;
*Good organizational and time management skills;
*Experience working with CRM systems is a plus;
*English level B1–B2.
