For one of our clients—a well-established company in the BPO industry that provides customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors, including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming—we are seeking a Content Screening Specialist who speaks Italian, Spanish, Danish, or Serbian.
Key Responsibilities:
*Help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements;
*Evaluate content against platform policies and community standards;
*Detect violations of the guidelines and take the appropriate moderation actions;
*Make accurate, fair, and timely decisions while maintaining high-quality standards;
*Stay up to date with policy changes and apply new guidelines with confidence;
*Contribute to the team's success by sharing knowledge and supporting process improvements.
Requirements:
*Fluent in Italian, Spanish, Danish, or Serbian;
*Good command of English (B2 level or higher);
*Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and decision-making skills;
*Confidence in handling sensitive or graphic content professionally;
*Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule;
*Motivation to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment;
*Experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a similar field is considered an advantage.
