For one of our clients - a company delivering expert business and IT outsourcing solutions with
a passionate team dedicated to helping clients streamline their operations, we are looking for
- Customer Support Representative with English (Remote).
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CONTACT CENTER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
IS REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities:
*Customer interactions via email, live chat, and only 10% via phone in real-time;
*Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, or account
inquiries;
*Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality and
professionalism;
*Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system;
*Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department;
*Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction,
and quality metrics.
Requirements:
*Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written);
*PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CONTACT CENTER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE
IS REQUIRED;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions across phone, email, and chat;
*Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
*Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
