For one of our clients—a leading provider of digital solutions and AI automation that helps global brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming—we are looking for a Delivery Support Specialist with Dutch, German, or French language skills (hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide customer service via phone, email, or chat regarding shipment inquiries (delivered, undelivered, or lost);
*Assist customers with tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner;
*Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery operations and an accurate flow of information;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases in the system;
*Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented support.
Requirements:
*Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French and strong command of English;
*Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or a call center environment is a plus;
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills;
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connection;
*Willingness to work in a hybrid work model.
