For one of our clients—a well-established company in the BPO industry that provides customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors, including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming—we are seeking a Digital Review Analyst who speaks Polish, French, Norwegian, or Albanian.
Key Responsibilities:
*Review user-generated content and advertisements;
*Ensure that content complies with platform policies and community guidelines;
*Identify and remove content that violates platform standards;
*Make accurate and timely moderation decisions;
*Maintain high standards of quality and productivity;
*Apply the updated policies in your daily work;
*Work with your team to improve processes and share best practices.
Requirements:
*Fluent in Polish, French, Norwegian, or Albanian;
*Good English skills (B2 or higher);
*Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking;
*Comfortable reviewing sensitive content;
*Must be available to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule;
*Eager to learn and adapt to new policies;
*Previous experience in content moderation or trust and safety is a plus.
