For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing,
focused on efficiency and excellent customer service - we are looking for:
Customer relations expert with English and Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Slovenian or German.
Key Responsibilities:
*Communication with clients mainly by email and, if necessary, by phone in connection with
financial or administrative queries;
* Providing accurate information regarding services, orders, payments or
billing;
*Solving standard cases using internal systems and database;
*Maintaining detailed and correct documentation of every customer communication;
*Coordination with other departments (including accounting or sales) to effectively
service and data accuracy.
Requirements:
*Excellent command of English and Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Slovenian or German;
*Previous experience in a customer service or administrative/finance role is Advantage;
*Good communication skills and attention to detail;
*Confident using a computer and basic programs such as Excel, Outlook and browsers;
*Written communication skills and the ability to work with diverse information.
