For one of our clients—a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services that enables global brands to enhance digital experiences across the fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries—we are looking for a Game Content Moderator who speaks French.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional email-based support to gamers by delivering fast, accurate, and player-focused solutions;
*Foster positive interactions through a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style;
*Investigate and resolve player issues while identifying recurring challenges and escalating complex cases when necessary;
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance player satisfaction, and deliver a seamless gaming experience;
*Maintain a thorough understanding of gaming products, platforms, policies, and industry developments to provide reliable support;
*Help build a trusted and engaging gaming community through outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
*Fluent in French with strong English skills (B2 level) and excellent written communication skills;
*A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming platforms, systems, and player communities;
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
*Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or service roles; experience in the gaming or technology industries is a strong advantage.;
*Flexibility to work varying shifts, including daytime and evening hours when required.
