For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are seeking an International Customer Trainer with German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Deliver interactive virtual training sessions to global customers and partners;
*Create an engaging and positive learning experience;
*Collaborate with international teams to improve training programs;
*Update and localize learning materials as needed;
*Gather feedback and continuously improve the quality of training;
*Keep training records and participant data up to date.
Qualifications:
*Fluent communication skills in German and English;
*Experience in training, customer education, or learning and development (L&D) environments;
*A confident presenter with strong communication skills;
*Experience with virtual learning platforms and online tools;
*A passion for helping people learn and grow;
*Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a global environment.
