On behalf of our client, a leading company developing biological technologies for industrial wastewater treatment, we are looking for a Water and Wastewater Engineer to support the adaptation and implementation of solutions in real industrial environments.
Main role:
The candidate will play a key role in the evaluation and implementation of innovative biological wastewater treatment methods, adapting solutions to the specifics of different industrial sites. The work is of high practical value and an opportunity for professional growth in the field of sustainable technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of wastewater composition and characteristics and selection of appropriate treatment technologies.
Development of technical solutions for the application of biological treatment methods.
Perform hydraulic and process calculations - volume, capacity, equipment loading.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of the implemented technologies in a real operating environment.
Collaborate with biologists, chemists and other specialists to integrate engineering and microbiological processes.
Position Requirements:
Higher technical education - specialization in Water Supply and Sanitation, Chemical Technology, Environment or other relevant.
Experience in the design or operation of wastewater treatment systems.
Knowledge of biological and chemical purification processes.
Working with engineering modelling software (AutoCAD, Epanet or similar).
