For one of our clients - a well-established national pharmacy chain - we are looking for a competent
Master Pharmacist Manager. The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the pharmacy, ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advises customers, identifies their needs and suggests appropriate products for
informed decision by providing detailed instructions for use and giving information on potential contraindications;
*Manage and organize the daily activities of the pharmacy in accordance with the legal
Provisions;
* Supervises the financial and physical assets of the pharmacy and prepares financial and other necessary reports;
*Responsible for accountability to the NHIS and manages the process of dispensing NHIS-covered medications, including data entry into the pharmacy system and filling prescription forms;
*Dispenses prescription and non-prescription medicines, food supplements and medical
Cosmetics;
*Assists with inspections and organizes the pharmacy team.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Pharmacy;
*Minimum of 1 year experience as a Master Pharmacist;
*Excellent communication and organizational skills;
*Responsibility and attention to detail;
* Ability to work in a team and motivate staff;
* Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of pharmacy.
