For one of our clients—a customer-centric technology company that provides outsourced sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations—we are looking for a Medical Solutions Specialist who speaks Polish, French, Spanish, or Dutch (Remote).
Responsibilities:
*Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support via phone and email regarding medical devices and related services;
*Provide technical assistance by identifying issues and guiding customers through effective troubleshooting steps;
*Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, while escalating more complex cases to the appropriate specialists when necessary;
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the system;
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution;
*Create a positive customer experience through empathy, professionalism, and high-quality service.
Qualifications:
*Fluency in Polish, French, Spanish, or Dutch, along with a very good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a contact center environment is a plus;
*Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to handle technical inquiries;
*Interest or experience in medical devices, healthcare technologies, or the life sciences is considered a plus;
*Proficient in using customer support platforms and Microsoft Office applications;
*Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
