services and logistics, we are looking for Transport department manager with Turkish language.
Responsibilities:
* manages a team of international drivers fluent in Turkish;
*work to improve the professional skills of the department;
*guarantees results, communicates, monitors, assists drivers;
*control and analyze their daily expenses;
*Cooperate in solving any difficulties during the shipments.
Requirements:
* proficiency in Turkish - written and spoken (compulsory);
*experience in people management - mandatory;
* accumulated skills in the logistics industry - an advantage;
* Discipline and decision-making ability;
*Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the team.
