For one of our customers - a leading European coffee brand known for its
innovation and a strong international presence, we are looking for confident and proactive candidates
for the position: Junior Regional Sales Manager (FMCG sector).
Key Responsibilities:
* you will develop sales in your region and achieve monthly targets by
effective and creative approaches;
*will monitor the market and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and
plan successful sales and marketing activities;
*you will create and run promotional campaigns for clients that increase
sales and brand visibility;
*You will manage the regional marketing budget and BTL activities to ensure
maximum return on investment;
* You will build strong and long-term partnerships with key customers by
effective communication and negotiation;
*you will work with distribution teams, sales reps and merchandisers, such as
you support and motivate them for high performance in the field.
Requirements:
*Proven sales experience in FMCG and excellent merchandising skills;
* Good command of English - B1-B2 level;
* Skills in working with Excel and other MS Office tools for day to day commercial activities;
*Higher education in economics, business management or similar is considered an advantage;
*Excellent communication skills, proactive and results-oriented approach;
* Willingness to travel frequently on short notice; valid driver's license.
