For one of our clients—a well-established company in the BPO industry that provides customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors, including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming—we are looking for a Rental Customer Care Advisor who speaks German or Danish.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional support and ensure that every customer has a smooth and hassle-free rental experience;
*Handle bookings, reservation updates, and cancellations accurately and efficiently;
*Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service;
*Collaborate with different teams to resolve inquiries and improve the overall customer experience;
*Maintain accurate booking records while ensuring high-quality service in every interaction.
Requirements:
*Excellent German or Danish language skills, along with a good command of English;
*A customer-first attitude and excellent communication skills;
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
*Confidence in working with computer systems and online reservation tools;
*Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
