We are seeking candidates for one of our clients—an international company and a leader in employee benefits and engagement solutions— Senior B2B Account Manager for Corporate Client Development.
Key Responsibilities:
*developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients;
*Actively attracting new business clients and developing the existing portfolio;
*conducting meetings with clients—online, by phone, and in person;
*understanding business needs and proposing appropriate solutions;
*preparing and presenting commercial proposals;
*Achieving individual sales targets (KPIs);
*Market analysis and identification of new opportunities.
Requirements:
*At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and managing business clients;
*Experience working with corporate clients and a proven track record in sales;
*skills in attracting new clients and developing a client portfolio;
*Good computer skills (MS Office);
*Experience with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus;
*Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level;
*a valid Class B driver's license;
*Willingness to travel frequently and meet with clients.
