For one of our clients - an international company, leader in providing employee benefits and engagement solutions, we are in search of - Sales Representative for Varna region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively attract new partners through direct contacts, calls and meetings;
* Developing and implementing a commercial strategy for customer growth and retention;
* Maintaining and developing long-term commercial relationships;
* analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions;
* working with CRM system and tracking results;
*development of key accounts and expansion of the contact network;
*collection and analysis of market information and feedback;
*following market trends;
*achievement of commercial objectives and set results.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales position;
*Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience;
*Excellent communication and sales skills;
* Skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships;
*A proactive, organised and proactive approach to work;
* Negotiation skills and ability to achieve results;
*driving license and willingness to travel daily in the region
* Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel)
*very good level of English.
