Position: Sales Representative - FMCG.
Key Responsibilities:
* tracking the availability and sales dynamics of products in the outlets;
*ensuring proper positioning and visibility of goods;
* Negotiating with customers for optimal commercial terms;
* expanding and developing the sales network and maintaining long-term relationships;
* Implementing promotional campaigns to increase sales;
*working with distribution teams, retailers and merchandisers to achieve targets;
*support and motivate field teams to deliver high performance.
Requirements:
* Experience in FMCG sales and good orientation in merchandising;
* working level of English;
*Excel and MS Office skills for day to day commercial tasks;
*higher education in economics/business - an advantage (not compulsory);
*Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients;
*proactivity, independence and strong results orientation;
*Travel readiness and a valid driver's license.
