For one of our clients—an international company and a leader in employee benefits and engagement solutions—we are seeking a Sales Representative for business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*develops and maintains long-term relationships with business clients;
*actively attracts new customers and expands the existing customer portfolio;
*holds meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients;
*analyzes customer needs and proposes appropriate solutions;
*prepares and submits commercial proposals;
*meets the established sales targets and KPIs;
*monitors the market and identifies new business opportunities.
Requirements:
*At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and working with business clients;
*proven experience in acquiring and developing a client portfolio;
*Excellent communication and sales skills;
*Good computer skills (MS Office);
*Experience with CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus;
*Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level;
*a valid Class B driver's license;
*Willingness to travel and meet with clients.
