For our client - An established company in the insurance business - we are looking for a Sales Representative - Insurance Services who has experience working with corporate clients and is able to develop long-term partnerships with a focus on customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and development of a portfolio of corporate clients;
- Conducting consultations on insurance solutions tailored to the respective business profile;
- Strategic planning and sales pipeline management;
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partners;
- Preparation of individual offers and commercial proposals;
- Negotiating with key individuals and finalizing deals;
- Data analysis and preparation of forecasts and reports;
- Presentation of services through meetings, presentations and business cases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a corporate environment;
- Previous experience in insurance, banking or automotive would be an advantage;
- Experience in successfully attracting and retaining corporate clients and meeting achieved sustainable growth targets;
- Excellent presentation skills and a confident, diplomatic approach to communication;
- Good level of English and experience in working with CRM systems.
