For one of our clients - preferred partner in agricultural trade
production, built long-lasting relationships with Bulgarian and international producers,
processors and exporters, we are looking for Technical Construction Manager.
Responsibilities:
* plan, organize and manage the implementation of construction and technical projects by
start to completion;
* coordinate the activities of external contractors and ensure compliance with deadlines and
requirements;
* guides and manages the work of the construction team employed by the company;
*prepares detailed bills of quantities and values related to materials and labor;
*Tracks site costs - including resources, human capital and
Mechanization;
*ensures quality control of the materials used and their compliance with
Project;
*prepares and updates schedules, reports and reports for management.
Requirements:
* Graduate technical education, such as engineering or construction specialty will
be an advantage;
* Previous experience in construction, especially working with metal
structures or silos, is desirable;
* Skills in the use of surveying instruments and accurate setting of levels and
heights;
* Good orientation in technical documentation, drawings and designs;
*Excellent computer and specialized software skills;
* Valid driving license - category "B", ready to travel;
* Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.
