Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n* Acting as a part of the team and striving to maintain a good working environment;
\n* Communicating with care and understanding and striving to provide a positive experience;
\n* Working closely with customers, listening to their issues and requests;
\n* Analyzing each case and striving to offer the best suited solution;
\n* Serving as a guide and navigating customers through the solution process;
\n* Keeping an eye on reoccurring issues and reporting on identified trends to your superiors.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n* Strong Dutch, Romanian, Danish or Finish and solid English skills;
\n* Amazing people skills and ability to adapt to different cases with ease;
\n* Bright and positive approach to customers and eagerness to help and learn;
\n* Team-player attitude and drive to provide a high-quality service;
\n* Flexible, reliable and organized.<\/p>\n
