\n* Communicating with the users and getting to the root cause of their issue;
\n* Helping users resolve their everyday use issues and answering their questions;
\n* Ensuring customer happiness by listening carefully and communicating professionally;
\n* Keeping track of issue trends and reporting to your supervising team;
\n* Working closely with other colleagues and contributing to a great working atmosphere.<\/p>\n
\n* Solid command of Danish or German and good English skills;
\n* Familiarity with Android OS and iOS use and features;
\n* Fine soft skills and ability to empathize with the users and communicate clearly and politely;
\n* Team and customer-oriented, willing to assist, find and implement solutions;
\n* Results-driven, eager to improve personal performance and work long-term.<\/p>\n
