\n* Educating customers on new products and services and furnishing supplementary details;
\n* Addressing diverse customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat platforms;
\n* Proposing solutions and guiding customers through issue resolution processes;
\n* Striving to ensure a positive experience and attain customer satisfaction;
\n* Regularly updating records and ensuring thorough documentation of interactions;
\n* Collaborating with colleagues, providing assistance and advice as needed.<\/p>\n
\n* Proficiency in French or German with a strong command of English;
\n* Upbeat and approachable demeanor, proactive with a team-oriented mindset;
\n* Proficient multitasker, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
\n* Flexible and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic setting;
\n* Comfortable with technology, PC literate, and keen on learning new skills;
\n* Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.<\/p>\n
