\n* Acting as the first point of contact for customer account queries various channels, offering
\ncomprehensive support including VIP assistance, sales, and risk management;
\n* Handling a high volume of calls, emails, and live chat messages and maintaining quick
\nresponse rates and maintaining quality standards;
\n* Responding to customer questions about services, products, and account information;
\n* Providing high-quality service to all members, ensuring customer satisfaction and
\nmaintaining good reputation;
\n* Adhering to risk standards and meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets;
\n* Developing skills and product knowledge and working effectively as a part of the team;
\n* Reporting issues to the shift leader or relevant parties and keeping accurate and detailed
\nrecords.<\/p>\n
\n* No previous experience required; all English speakers are encouraged to apply;
\n* Proficient in English (C1 level), with excellent grammar, both written and verbal;
\n* Confident and has strong interpersonal skills;
\n* Bright, enthusiastic and honest, able to work well with others;
\n* Responsible, result-oriented and eager to provide a high quality service;
\n* Resilient, reliable and organized;
\n* Available for night shifts.<\/p>\n
