We are on the lookout for adaptable, customer-<br \/>\noriented and reliable individuals for the role of\u00a0<strong>Help-desk Representative with French or<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>German and Italian - No experience required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n* Helping customers via different channels (phone calls and messages);<br \/>\n* Providing information on administrative and technical matters (products, invoices, etc.);<br \/>\n* Solving customer issues and questions;<br \/>\n* Escalating problems or inquiries to other departments when necessary;<br \/>\n* Making system updates as needed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n* Good English skills (at least at B1 level);<br \/>\n* Strong command of German or French (at C1 level), and Italian (at least at B2\/C1 level);<br \/>\n* Customer-oriented and skilled conversationalist, able to adapt to various types of people;<br \/>\n* Organized and reliable, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;<br \/>\n* Familiar with MS Office applications use;<br \/>\n* Excited and motivated by dynamic environment;<br \/>\n* Available to work on shifts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Our client offers:<\/strong><br \/>\n* Full-time position with competitive salary and paid annual leave;<br \/>\n* Additional medical insurance and meal vouchers;<br \/>\n* Transportation allowance and referral bonuses;<br \/>\n* Employee network groups promoting diversity, inclusion, and learning;<br \/>\n* Opportunities for learning, training, and career growth;<br \/>\n* Supportive work environment promoting work-life balance;<br \/>\n* New office facilities with access to gym classes.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next<br \/>\nstep.
