\n* Talk to clients about their travel plans;
\n* Make sure clients have a great experience with excellent customer service;
\n* Help with booking flights and other transportation;
\n* Arrange hotel stays and sort out any travel issues;
\n* Organize everything so clients are happy with their travel and accommodations;
\n* Work closely with others and support them.<\/p>\n
\n* Great Norwegian or Dutch, plus solid English skills and positive attitude;
\n* Customer service experience is a bonus;
\n* At least 2 years of experience in travel or a related field;<\/strong>
\n* Comfortable with computers and phones, and good at listening;
\n* Knowing Travel GDS is a plus;
\n* Team-oriented and driven to learn and improve.<\/p>\n
