\nBPO field. We are on a search for detail-oriented, proactive and sales-savvy individuals to
\nfor the role of\u00a0Digital Advertising Representative with Dutch, Arabic or French and English -<\/strong>
\nHybrid.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n* Working closely with team members to keep clients happy and solve any issues;
\n* Striving to meet targets and maximize sales opportunities;
\n* Introducing yourself as the marketing consultant and building relationships with clients;
\n* Holding Zoom\/Teams meetings to understand client goals and create strategies;
\n* Calling clients to give updates, get feedback, and address concerns and give daily tips and
\nadvice on campaign optimization;
\n* Keeping track of sales and campaign performance using CRM;
\n* Sending regular performance reports highlighting key metrics.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n* Excellent Dutch, Arabic or French, and English (written and spoken);
\n* Experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing is a plus;
\n* Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM is desired;
\n* Great communication and sales skills;
\n* Good at building and maintaining client relationships;
\n* Organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask.
\n* Motivated, results-driven, and proactive.<\/p>\n
