We are searching fo<br \/>\ndynamic and technically proficient individuals for the role of\u00a0<strong>Technical Support Engineer L2<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>with English.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n* Communicate with end users\/system administrators\/solution integrators via screen shared<br \/>\nsessions, ticketing system, phone and chat to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot their<br \/>\nneeds. Set expectations and deliver guidance on resolving issues;<br \/>\n* Apply technical knowledge and documentation to identify remediation steps,<br \/>\ntroubleshoot, and reproduce customer issues in lab environments. Seek guidance from<br \/>\ntechnical leads and subject matter experts as needed;<br \/>\n* Provide technical guidance across teams, identifying areas requiring expertise on different<br \/>\nmodules to resolve cases;<br \/>\n* Maintain thorough documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and<br \/>\nresolutions, consistent with customer commitments, protocols, and processes;<br \/>\n* Mentor junior support engineers as needed or requested by management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n*2 - 3 years of technical support experience;<br \/>\n* Higher-level technical education is preferred;<br \/>\n* Fluency in English - both written and spoken;<br \/>\n* Strong understanding of technology with higher education coursework in IT or technical work.
