\n* Responding to various customer requests via email, phone and chat;
\n* Investigating customers' issues, offering solutions and guiding customers through the issue
\nsolving process;
\n* Offering info and advice to customers relating to company's products and services;
\n* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of every interaction with customers;
\n* Providing a professional and pleasant experience and ensuring customers' satisfaction;
\n* Working in tandem with other colleagues, assisting and offering advice when needed.<\/p>\n
\n* Great spoken and written Romanian, Hebrew, Polish, Czech or Slovak and English skills;
\n* Good PC user skillset and an affinity for technology;
\n* Previous experience in a customer support environment is a plus;
\n* Customer-focused, determined and a team-player;
\n* Adaptable and capable, able to work in a dynamic environment;
\n* Able to be organized, responsible and manage time efficiently.<\/p>\n
