\noriented people for the role of\u00a0Billing Expert with German and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Ensuring timely issuing of unbilled items, validating and clearing errors daily;
\n* Monitoring billing holds and conducting CFM activities;
\n* Entering manual meter readings, identifying system issues, and logging tickets;
\n* Meeting for billing completeness, quality, and timeliness;
\n* Enhance billing connectivity, promote portal self-service, and handle additional duties;
\n* Escalating unresolved issues, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions and guidelines;
\n* Providing updates to the Team Leader and striving to meet monthly and quarterly targets.<\/p>\n
\n* 3+ years in OTC environment with track record in meeting targets and SLAs;
\n* Fluent in German and English, written and verbal;
\n* Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills;
\n* Dedicated to teamwork, resilient under pressure and able to adapt with ease;
\n* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
\n* Motivated and eager to learn, eager to show results and achieve targets;
\n* Computer literate and proficient in MS Office;
\n* University education (preferred).<\/p>\n
