\nfields. We are searching for experienced, capable and analytically-minded people the role of
\nSenior Rewards & Benefits Specialist.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Help create and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with the
\ncompany's goals;
\n* Conduct in-depth analysis on compensation, participate in global rewards projects and
\naudits, and collaborate with global teams;
\n* Support annual processes like pay planning, salary design, and market comparisons;
\n* Collect and analyze market data, and adjust salaries and benefits to stay competitive;
\n* Suggest and implement improvements to rewards policies, processes, and tools;
\n* Work with the HR team to align with business goals, develop effective solutions, and
\nmanage payroll budgeting;
\n* Keep compensation rules up to date and assist with various projects as needed;
\n* Provide support on all Total Rewards matters and maintain strong relationships with
\nstakeholders.<\/p>\n
\n* Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits;
\n* Experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits;
\n* Strong Excel skills and attention to detail;
\n* Knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws and fluency in English;
\n* Ability to work well with others, influence decisions, and work independently;
\n* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
\n* Skilled with organizing, managing time and prioritizing tasks;
\n* Positive attitude and flexibility when communicating;
\n* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with some uncertainty.<\/p>\n
