For one of our clients - a company offering a fresh approach and innovative services to the
\nBPO field. We are searching for capable, friendly and driven individuals for the role of\u00a0Travel<\/strong>
\nSupport Assistant with German or Dutch and English - Hybrid after the training.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n* Communicating with business travel customers and discussing travel preparations;
\n* Providing high quality customer experience and striving to leave a positive impression;
\n* Assisting with hotel reservations and other possible travel related issues;
\n* Helping with flights and other modes of travel;
\n* Arranging everything and ensuring that customers are satisfied with mode of travel and accommodation.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n* Fluent in German or Dutch and English language;
\n* Experience of minimum 2 years in travel or a similar field;
\n* Previous experience in customer service is a plus;
\n* Skilled with any of global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan,
\nApollo...) are a plus;
\n* PC literate, friendly and motivated to provide a high-quality service.<\/p>\n
