\nlogistics field - we are searching for communicative, bright and skilled multitaskers for the
\nrole of\u00a0Delivery Route Moderator with Turkish, Bulgarian and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries;
\n* Schedule drivers and assign routes based on availability, location, and load requirements;
\n* Communicate with drivers constantly to provide updates, instructions, and support;
\n* Act as a link between drivers, customers, and the logistics team and ensure smooth
\noperations;
\n* Monitor real-time location of trucks and shipments using GPS and other tracking tools;
\n* Ensure deliveries are on schedule and promptly address any delays or issues;
\n* Provide exceptional customer service by updating clients on delivery statuses and
\nmanaging potential delays.<\/p>\n
\n* Proficiency in Turkish and English language;
\n* Bulgarian language proficiency at B1 level;
\n* Amazing communication skills and ability to handle multiple calls and emails at once;
\n* Previous experience with logistics or transportation management is preferred but not
\nrequired;
\n* Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.<\/p>\n
