\n* Making sure that issues that can't be solved are forwarded to the more capable internal or
\nexternal parties for solutions;
\n* Taking care in providing the best possible costumer experience according to SLAs;
\n* Focusing on the First Contact Resolution and ensuring that costumers put in as little effort
\nas possible.<\/p>\n
\n* Great fluency in German language;
\n* Skilled with English language;
\n* Excellent listening and understanding abilities;
\n* Skills with communicating, investigating and comprehending customer's issues;
\n* Good interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills, ensuring issue resolution during the
\nfirst call;
\n* Team player attitude and skills in collaborating and coordinating with colleagues;
\n* Skilled and knowledgeable PC user;
\n* Previous involvement with following applications will be considered an advantage: Account
\nSetup, Customer Inquiry, Service Request handling, Order Processing, Client Solutions,
\nInvoice Management and Collections and Cash applications.<\/p>\n
