\nWe on a lookout for attentive, responsible and analytically-minded individuals for the role of
\nGerman & English Supply Chain Efficiency Expert.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Manage equipment deliveries and coordinate with logistics providers;
\n* Handle internal customer queries via email\/phone, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met;
\n* Analyze custom reports and perform system housekeeping;
\n* Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary;
\n* Collaborate with teams to create purchase orders and monitor inventory.<\/p>\n
\n* Proficiency in German and English;
\n* Customer service or logistics background;
\n* Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint);
\n* Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience;
\n* Experience with ERP systems is a plus.<\/p>\n
