\nBPO field. We are looking for tech-savvy, open and capable team-players for the role of Fully
\nRemote First Level Tech Support with Czech, Slovak or German and English.<\/p>\n
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
\n* Being the go-to person for new and existing customers;
\n* Handling all sorts of stuff like tech problems, official matters, and admin stuff, and giving out
\nsolutions and tips;
\n* Keeping track of new issues and making sure the old logs stay current;
\n* Passing the tricky cases up the ladder, following the company playbook;
\n* Making sure we stick to deadlines and keep things on track;
\n* Helping out teammates and chipping in to hit our team goals.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n* Strong grasp on Czech, Slovak or German and good command of English;
\n* Experience in a contact center environment or in a customer-facing role is a plus;
\n* Troubleshooting skills and experience is an advantage;
\n* Familiarity with mobile and desktop apps and authorizations within Active Directory;
\n* Basic knowledge of common wireless connectivity and configuration (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi);
\n* Team spirit and eagerness to be of service to customers and help reach targets and goals.<\/p>\n
