Essential Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n* Engage with customers via phone and chat;
\n* Assist with inquiries related to a wide variety of sports products and provide accurate
\ninformation;
\n* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by focusing on their expectations and delivering
\noutstanding service;
\n* Maintain detailed case notes for each interaction;
\n* Help achieve both individual and team performance goals.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n* Solid command (B2 level) of Portuguese and English;
\n* Customer-focused and motivated to provide a high-quality experience;
\n* Excellent interpersonal skill with proactive and open approach to work;
\n* Analytically-minded and skilled with problem-solving;
\n* Strong typing and PC-user skills.<\/p>\n
