\nfor the role of\u00a0Transport Operations Dispatcher with Turkish and English (Standard shifts).<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Schedule drivers and assign routes according to their availability, location, and load needs;
\n* Design and improve delivery routes to ensure punctual deliveries;
\n* Maintain constant communication with drivers to provide updates, instructions, and support;
\n* Serve as a liaison between drivers, customers, and the logistics team to ensure smooth
\noperations;
\n* Ensure deliveries are on schedule and promptly address any delays or issues that arise;
\n* Track the real-time location of trucks and shipments using GPS and other tracking tools;
\n* Deliver exceptional customer service by updating clients on delivery statuses and
\nmanaging any potential delays.<\/p>\n
\n* Proficiency in Turkish and English;
\n* Bulgarian language skills at a B1 level;
\n* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities;
\n* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and emails
\nsimultaneously;
\n* Previous experience in logistics or transportation management is preferred but not required.<\/p>\n
\n* Initial training provided (2-3 weeks), followed by supervised work for 2-3 months;
