\nSpecialist with German and English.<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n* Address internal customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring service targets
\n(KPIs\/SLAs) are consistently achieved;
\n* Oversee equipment deliveries and liaise with logistics partners for seamless operations;
\n* Maintain system organization and analyze specialized reports;
\n* Partner with teams to generate purchase orders and keep track of inventory levels;
\n* Troubleshoot delivery issues and escalate them when required.<\/p>\n
\n* Background in customer service or logistics;
\n* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
\n* Fluency in both German and English;
\n* Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint);
\n* Experience with ERP platforms is beneficial;
\n* Bachelor's degree and pertinent job experience.<\/p>\n
