Our client is looking for a talented\u00a0<strong>Facility Manager<\/strong>\u00a0in Plovdiv to create a safe, well-<br \/>\nmaintained, and enjoyable work environment!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the maintenance and functionality of the facilities, keeping them in excellent condition.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage a dedicated team of technicians and service providers to meet performance standards.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality.<\/li>\n<li>Implement policies to ensure safety and compliance, keeping the workplace secure and efficient.<\/li>\n<li>Be the go-to person during emergencies, coordinating disaster preparedness and recovery<\/li>\n<li>efforts to keep the workplace safe and operational.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Technical background with a understanding of generators, UPS systems, CCTV, access control, electrical systems, and plumbing.<\/li>\n<li>Basic IT knowledge to assist with facility-related systems and hardware.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next step.<br \/>\nKindly share your detailed resume in English when you get a chance.
