\n* Scheduling appointments and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction;

\n* Fluency in written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2) is essential;
\n* Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is desired;
\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

\n* Skilled in identifying customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations;
