\n* Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, ensuring every interaction
\nleaves a positive impact;
\n* Tackle administrative and technical inquiries with confidence and care;
\n* Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, treating each case as a unique opportunity to shine;
\n* Collaborate with other departments by escalating complex cases and ensuring seamless solutions;
\n* Keep systems up-to-date with accurate information and adapt to changes proactively.<\/p>\n
\n* Great German or French skills (C1+ level) and solid English skills (B1 level);
\n* Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable;
\n* Organized and communicative, able to adapt to different situations;
\n* Familiar with MS Office applications;
\n* Available and motivated to work in shifts, learn and improve along the way;
\n* Basic knowledge of Italian (B1+ level) will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
