\n* Provide first-line support for billing and administrative queries via calls, emails, and tickets;

\n* Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in our database;
\n* Collaborate with team leads and senior agents to resolve issues quickly and efficiently;
\n* Ensure a seamless customer experience by proactively addressing and preventing

\n* Excellent English skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate professionally
\nyet warmly;
\n* A strong work ethic with a \"can-do\" attitude and ownership mindset;
\n* A team player who stays patient and composed under pressure;
\n* Multitasking abilities and a problem-solving mindset focused on solutions;
\n* Experience in the broadband\/telephony sector is a plus, but full training is provided.<\/p>\n
